Inside Microsoft’s quarter is a risk for any business reliant on ads

Microsoft is no stranger to supply chain challenges in its hardware business, but it is now warning for the first time of its impact on an unexpected area: advertising. The company has become the latest to warn that major customers could limit their ad spend as they deal with supply chain issues.
