Kitavans are a group of indigenous hunter-gatherers who live in the Trobriand Islands, and they are very healthy and long-lived.

Humans are well suited to eating starches like tapioca. It’s just that we eat inflammatory starches like wheat and other grains, which causes us to gain weight and get sick.
